Sometimes selling a house is a fun and exciting time. --May 2016

1950 Jaybrook Dr RPVSometimes selling a house is a fun and exciting time; the beginning of a new chapter for a family, a great new journey. And sometimes the need to sell a house is born from a negative situation that is filled with stress and strife among various family members. We had the distinction of the latter.

The need to sell this home was a difficult decision for the family, but Carol helped make it less painful in so many ways. She went above and beyond in selling this property; she worked quickly and efficiently, she helped us secure a great price that went a long way to ease the worries held by some of the family members, and she made sure that everything went smoothly.

There were so many other things to worry about during the sale of this house, and Carol knew that and did everything she could to make sure the sale was not one of them. Shes responsive to the needs of her clients; she got a few requests for things that Im sure were tedious for her to do, and probably completely unnecessary, but she did them with a smile, and in a timely manner. She understood what everyone was going through, and she just wanted to make it better any way that she could. I cant say enough about how kind and patient she was throughout this process.

I highly recommend Carol for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. She is a savvy real estate professional, who knows how to handle her business, and yours! If you team up with her, she will always have a smile, she will always listen to you, and she will always give you 110%.
